Originally a nondescript home overlooking the Hudson River, this building was redesigned and transformed into a Carpenter Gothic cottage by Architect Jeff Wilkinson.

A carefully balanced arrangement of windows is typical of the carpenter gothic style. The center double hung window and smaller flankers reiterate the steeply pitched gable roof. The upper sash of the center unit features two gothic arches capped with a quatrafoil.

Made with Spanish Cedar, a tropical hardwood grown in Central and South America, this gothic window features true divided lights with insulated Vintage glass, weight, pulley and chain balance system, bronze weatherstripping and solid brass hardware.
